Storage and grading

To be able to process cheese every week, our company has substantial storage capabilities.

In the steps below we show how the storage and grading of cheese actually works. Each step is illustrated with a photograph of the activity. You can enlarge the photograph by clicking on it.

Step1

The cheese enters the company.

Step 2

In the warehouse a lot of boxes filled with cheese are stored, all under guarded and automated environmental conditions.

Step 3

The cheese is checked for taste and purity on a regular basis.

Step 4

The selected cheese leaves the warehouse, ready for processing.
